Jan till june and september till december: 550 Eur a week
July and august: 650 Eur a week
The last two weeks of december and the first week of january: 650 Eur a week

Prices are per week from Saturday to Saturday
Arrivals from 4 pm, departures before 12am
The prices include rental for up to 6 persons.

Cot and highchair are available at no extra charge
Daily maid service if desired at extra cost.
Babysitting available at extra costs (only French spoken)
You must clean the house upon the departure or you can have it done for € 50

All the prices are excluded bed linen and towels, included are: electric, water, gas and wood for fireplace.
A security deposit of € 150 is required and will be returned to you within two weeks of your departure, providing there is no damage or major breakages.

Holiday insurance against cancellation is advisable as payment is required in advance.
We ask 50% deposit if you wish to make a reservation. Your reservation is final when the deposit is received. The remaining amount is expected no later than one month before the expected arrival period.
In case of cancellation, refunds will only be made if cacellation is made at least 2 months before the reservation date.
Normal household insurance has been taken out by the owners, but guests are requested to ensure that they are covered for any additional insurance they may feel necessary
